Collaborative Members

East End is a founding member of the RISE Collaborative which aims to Reach, Rebuild, Integrate, Support, and Engage clients. The Collaborative is designed for service providers and residents to develop a network for service delivery to children, primary, foster or adoptive families involved or at risk of being involved with Department of Children and Family Services. The mission of the collaborative is to identify and develop leaders within the community to connect resources for educating and encouraging families across generations.  We understand that we must service the entire family in order for that unit to become stronger and healthier. Our goal within this program is to make sure that children are safe in their homes, and that parents become self sufficient and strong advocates for themselves. The Collaborative meets once a month at East End Neighborhood House. For more information or to join the RISE Neighborhood Collaborative call 216-707-6006.
